About This Service
While 12A benefits the NGO, 80G is a “Donation Magnet” that benefits your donors. It allows them to deduct 50% of their donation amount from their own taxable income. It is the single most important document to convince Corporates (CSR) and high-salary individuals to donate to your cause.
Eligibility & Criteria
- Forms: Filed along with 12A using Form 10A/10AB.
- Penalty: Failing to file the “Statement of Donations” (Form 10BD) by 31st May each year attracts a penalty of ₹200 per day.
