Eligibility & Criteria
- Limits:
- Basic Registration: Turnover < ₹12 Lakh/year.
- State License: Turnover ₹12 Lakh to ₹20 Crore/year.
- Central License: Turnover > ₹20 Crore, or Importers/Exporters/E-commerce/Railways.
- Penalties: Carrying out business without a license can lead to imprisonment up to 6 months and a fine of up to ₹5 Lakh.
